Your Teacher: Daniele Anzaldi

Daniele is a well-rounded teacher, delivering Vinyasa Flows, Yin Yoga, Nidra, Pranayama, and Meditation. Starting yoga while working in South Africa, he has practiced every day for the last 4 years. Daniele traveled to Rishikesh, India, and did his 200+hr Yoga teacher training under Yogi Sanjeev Semwal’s school.

Here, in the birthplace of yoga, he explored the benefits for your health and the philosophy & history of the practice.
