This 2 hour workshop is an exploration into the key concepts of alignment in yoga.
The workshop will include a flow sequence to warm up followed by demonstration, discussion and experimentationl movement.
We will problem solve together to help you develop a clear understanding of how to apply key alignment concepts to your unique physical structure.
We will move through a range of poses that form the basis of almost any yoga practice including, standing, sitting, vinyasa’s (the dreaded chatturanga!!) and inversions.
You will have the chance to request alignment tips on poses that you would like to address also.
Great for all level of students from the complete beginner to the more advanced yogi.
