NEW CLASS – Hot Yin Yoga with Mel

With our busy lives, it can be hard to find the time to relax. And often, when we do find the time to slow down, our mind starts racing and we have trouble switching off.

Combining ancient yoga techniques of breath control (pranayama), gentle yoga poses (asana) with mindfulness and meditation, we can help you to slow down, relax and truly unwind.

Our yin yoga sequences use the support of bolsters, blocks & blankets and are designed to rid the body of tension and stress.

Working deeper into the physical body with long holds we start to lengthen and juice up our connective tissues, increasing flexibility. As your body starts to soften and relax, we turn our attention to the mind and practise mindfulness to ease tension and stress.

You don’t need to be flexible to practise yin yoga, it is perfect for beginner’s who can’t touch their toes as well as advanced yogis wanting to deepen their practise.

Our Hot Yin class is set in a 30 degree room to help your physical body relax even deeper into the postures. Please bring 2 towels. 1 for the bolster and 1 for your mat.
