Hannah discovered yoga when she was struggling with anxiety and was immediately hooked on the mental & physical benefits of yoga practice. After a scary emergency surgery, Hannah’s yoga practice deepened, and yoga became an internal well of peace and strength, and a wonderful means of mental and physical recovery.
After choosing to leave an unfulfilling career as an engineer, Hannah completed her yoga teacher training and started a Ph.D. in ecosystem restoration. She is now a teacher of many things, from engineering to yoga, to Ayurvedic & vegan cooking, and she believes that good teachers can guide students to understand and revel in the wonder of anything.
Hannah is a passionate yoga teacher and enjoys using the practice of yoga to foster both a Joix de Vivre and a sense of calm in her students. Her classes are friendly, challenging, immersive, and accessible to all.
