Melina’s biggest love is to make her students feel held, safe and accepted however they’re feeling when they arrive at the studio.

She prioritises providing a safe space where you are able to explore your thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing – melting into the stillness within.

Melina’s approach to yoga draws influence from study in Australia and India, where she has gained invaluable knowledge of modern and classical alignment and approaches to movement. This allows her to ensure her students are not only practising in a safe, injury-free zone, but also cultivating stillness for themselves.
