Mothers and daughters have a bond that transcends all other relationships. This enables some of the most intimate discussions – conversations that may feel impossible to have with anyone else. But sometimes, the most important topics become too uncomfortable or seemingly taboo.
Join Jayde Robinson-Clancy from The Blossom Guide – A young women’s empowerment program – and TPY’s Mel Howard for a nurturing session on what it means to be a woman today and how mothers and daughters can support each other as women and learn to love themselves more.
The session will begin with a restorative yin practice guided by Mel to help quieten the mind – getting you out of your head and into your heart.
Two interactive workshops will then be facilitated by Jayde, with a lunchbreak in between, catered with tasty vegan treats.
Mel will then return to close the session, with a beautiful guided meditation.
This four-hour mini-retreat is a special Mother’s Day treat, offering the opportunity to connect and open up lines of communication between mothers and daughters.
Each mother & daughter will get a special little goodie bag, packed full of amazing things, gifted from The Clean Food Store, Shenton Park
No yoga experience required.
