Adrienne was always involved in health and fitness and became a remedial massage therapist early in her working life.
Also a regular runner, she found that yoga classes at her local gym were an excellent complimentary therapy, helping her body recover from the toll of running. Adrienne quickly found that yoga was a way to help quiet the mind and grow as a human being on both the physical and mental levels.
After seven years of regular practice, when on a trip overseas, Adrienne was inspired to take on her yoga teaching studies. As soon as she returned home she booked into a vinyasa teaching course. In her classes, Adrienne helps her students find a way to practice with strength yet compassion. Adrienne is a qualified vinyasa and yin yoga teacher.
