'Walt’s yoga journey began very recently in the last two and a half years. He soon discovered yoga's incredible physical, emotional and spiritual benefits, right away knowing that this was the path he needed to take. After completing a 350 hr teacher training course through Fremantle Yoga Centre, Walt now offers a class that is influenced from a background of Vinyasa, Power, Iyengar, therapy yoga and martial arts. He is also a professional musician and music teacher, studying contemporary drum set and percussion at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Walt’s classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, where the student can expect a strong but nurturing class. The classes aim to use yoga’s physical asana practice to build strength, flexibility and confidence in sporting or other movement disciplines.'
