Chakra Balancing – Yin Yoga & Meditation

Join Mel for a morning of gentle movement, meditation, breath work, mantra and yummy food to help you realign your chakras and bring your life back into balance.
Mel will lead you through a divine yin sequence, in which each posture will relate to one of the seven major chakras. Mantras will be given to bring you into awareness of each chakra and start the process of healing.
You will then drift off to another world with a beautiful guided meditation, in which your seven energy centres will be brought into alignment and fully charged.
The afternoon will end with delicious vegan and gluten free food.
