Join Mel for an afternoon of movement, meditation, breath work & mantra to help you realign your chakras and bring your life back into balance.
Mel will lead you through a divine yin sequence, in which each posture will relate to one of the seven major chakras. Mantras will be given to bring you into awareness of each chakra and start the process of healing.
You will then drift off to another world with a beautiful guided meditation, in which your seven energy centres will be brought into alignment and fully charged.
The afternoon will end with chats and a delicious vegan treat.
