This fully guided 30 minute meditation session creates a space for you to practice pranayama, mindfulness and meditation in a group setting. Learn meditation and breathing techniques to support your practice and deepen your exploration of self and presence. Whether on your way to work or post-yoga class, this session is open to all styles, all humans and all levels—no previous meditation experience needed.
