Then come and explore these fun asana’s and learn the fundamental techniques to correctly and effectively practice these balances and crazy transitions with our king of inversions, Walt.
You will learn how to Find the strength and stability in your balances to make then easy and fun. To safely and effectively set your foundations to flow (one day) seamlessly through all your advanced transitions. And to find a lightness throughout these harder aspects of your physical practice through the use of breath and mindfulness.
This course is open to intermediate to advanced students who have at least a little (or a lot of) inversion experience. Dont worry beginner yogis we will be running a foundations course for you soon.
You'll work hard, but it will be fun, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to rest and breathe.
