Qi Gong 5 week series

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and gentle movement. Qi is a concept from traditional Chinese culture that roughly means vital energy, information, breath or spirit. The second character in qigong, "gong," means cultivation or mastery. Qigong is therefore sometimes translated as "vital energy cultivation" or "mastery of your energy.
You will learn the Qigong series called Baduanjin also known as the Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade. The sequence is broken down into eight separates movements, each focusing on a different physical area and Qi meridian (energy channels).
