Meet every Sunday at 7.30am for four weeks to receive helpful guidance and the information you need.
- guided meditation and breathing techniques for your mind and physical body
- yoga – of course!
- specific exercises for the core, glutes and shoulders
- summary sheets for each session to help keep you on track
- weekly homework such as 3 days of meditation, 3 days of journaling and 5 days of movement (including yoga, dancing, walking, swimming etc – wherever you choose to do it, it doesn’t have to be at a gym)
- optional juice cleanse.
It’s said we take 21 days to create a new habit. So give yourself 30 to really make it stick.

More about your teacher
I began my yoga journey when I moved to London at 18 and was in dire need of some grounding, my journey had a Bikram yoga phase of 5 years, mainly due to the cold climate of the UK and nearly saw me moving to India to do my teacher training at 26. It took me 17 years to embrace yoga with my whole heart, it was definitely a long time coming! It was only through meditation and exploring the yoga philosophy, on a trip to Ubud that I realised that yoga was so much more than a physical practice. Yoga became a catalyst for a shift in consciousness for me, it has taught me we are more than our physical bodies and the importance of extending what we learn on the mat, to the people we meet and into our life off the mat. I completed my 200 hour vinyasa training with Yoga Medicine with a emphasis on human anatomy and alignment.
Before I did my yoga teacher training I Qualified as a personal trainer through Western Australian Fitness Academy. I’ve worked as a PT for 5 years, working with my clients physical goals for training and health. I also coached for in house competitions such as the 12 week challenge, for both body transformation and fitter, faster, stronger athletic competition. I enjoy using my knowledge of the physical body in combination with the energetic body we work in yoga to help bring harmony of the body mind and soul.
As a teacher, I hope I can encourage people to find their Dharma and encourage mindfulness. Raising some collective higher vibrations into the universe.
