Donna first discovered yoga in 1993. Her background is firmly rooted in Astanga and she shares her love of yoga with a playful and creative approach, helping you to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Since completing her teacher training in 2010 she has been teaching and studying both at home and abroad to develop a greater understanding of the power of yoga and share her passion of the practice with you.
About Rami Rami Ryan Adv Dip. Sports Kinesiology. RYT 500 hours Rami began her own yoga practice when she was a child with Siddha Yoga. Growing up in an Ashram she studied the Vedic scriptures, learnt how to meditate and chant ancient texts by heart, as well as being taught the art of the physical asanas. Interested in understanding more about the mind-body connection, she completed an Advanced Diploma in Sports Kinesiology, and having been in private Clinical Practice ever since, brings a sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology with her to the mat.
