Beginner Yoga Workshops – Monday Nights at Twisting Peacock Yoga

Starting 28th April we’re introducing an exciting new Beginner Yoga Workshop every Monday night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. The perfect way to build a strong foundation in yoga. Whether you’re brand new to the practice or a newer practitioner looking to refine your practice, these workshops will guide you through the essentials with expert instruction from Debbie in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Each session explores a different theme, allowing you to deepen your understanding of:
Vinyasa Flow Fundamentals – Learn how to move with breath and flow with ease
Standing Postures & Backbends – Build strength, stability, and flexibility
Sun Salutations – Develop confidence in this foundational yoga sequence
Pranayama (Breathwork) – Discover how breath shapes your practice and calms the mind
Relaxation & Meditation Techniques – Cultivate stillness and presence

You can attend one session, a few, or join us every week—whatever suits your journey!
