Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking detailed below prior to booking your retreat.

1. Deposit
A deposit of $500AUD is required by May 30th, 2014 to confirm your booking. If you pay only your deposit and cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100AUD.

2. Final Payment
Payment of the balance of the retreat is due by June 30th, 2014. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

3. Cancellation by the Traveller
All monies beyond the $100AUD deposit cancellation fee received from the client will be refunded if the cancellation is made prior to June 30th, 2014. No credit or refund is available if the client cancels after June 30th, 2014, or if the client does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

5. Payment made by Bank Transfer
