Step into a sanctuary of calm with Breathe and Restore, a 90-minute class designed to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. This nurturing practice combines Gentle Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, and Guided Meditation to create a harmonious journey for body, mind, and soul.
What to Expect:
We begin with Gentle Pranayama, a series of soothing breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system, enhance energy flow, and create a sense of inner peace. As you tune into your breath, youβll set the foundation for a deeply restorative experience.
From here, we transition into Restorative Yoga, a practice of fully supported postures using props to allow the body to completely let go. With extended holds and minimal effort, this part of the class encourages physical and emotional release while nurturing your bodyβs natural healing process.
Finally, we conclude with a Guided Meditation, where youβll be led into a tranquil state of mindfulness and inner stillness. This meditative journey will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and grounded.
