Bakasana & Kakasana (Crane & Crow pose) are often the first arm balancing poses introduced in a Yoga practice and it can form a strong foundation to progress towards other arm balancing poses.
This workshop is not about just getting you off the ground, it’s about building your foundation to get you off the ground safely. Confidence & knowledge to balance on the hands is the aim of this workshop.
During these two hours we will cover Bakasana, it’s variations and transitioning between variations.
Beginning with a warm up we will transition into learning the fundamentals, key components that will assist you on this journey and help you adapt these poses to your practice needs.
This workshop open to all levels. Bring an open mind & a playful heart 🙂
