From Fear to Flow
How is fear blocking your life’s flow? Fear has a vitally important role to play, however it has a tendency to take over and show up in so many ways that block us from living our best lives.
Through the lens of Kundalini yoga, for 6 weeks Beck will guide you to look at what fear means and how it shows up for each of us, learn to recognise where fear has taken over and how to release it. Then we will look at how to strengthen our inner teacher and faith in ourselves to flow from fear into love.

Each class will involve a powerful Kundalini yoga kriya and meditation, as well as journaling prompts to use in class and through the week to help shift our perspective and create change. Beck is also a sound healer and the final class will finish with a beautiful gong bath.

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness, “the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it’s the art to experience Infinity in the finite.” Yogi Bhajan. It is a dynamic practice that combines various kriyas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques), mudra (hand gestures/ positions), meditation, bandah (lock) and mantras (sound currents) to guide students to improved health, strength, flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation. Kundalini yoga incorporates these powerful techniques to bring about harmony of body, mind and spirit.
Kundalini allows you to connect to your inner teacher and wisdom – “Sat Nam” Your True Identity – to release what no longer serves you, and to open up to receive that which does.

Beck is a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, sound healer, EFT practitioner, photographer and Qoya teacher in training. She believes in very longs hikes, morning ocean swims, doggy cuddles and always saying yes to adventure.
