Jordan’s personal practice began over a decade ago when he was introduced to meditation and yoga. Since then he has reaped the rewards of a daily practice.
More recently, he left the construction industry to follow his passion and help spread the amazing health benefits and teachings of these practices.
Jordan is specialised and qualified in teaching yoga and meditation, 1:1 mindfulness coaching and facilitates cacao ceremonies.
He teaches a style that is energising yet grounding and has an emphasises on being in the present moment.
