Generally when you find something you are passionate about, you want to share it with the world. That’s how Lisa feels about yoga and what inspired her to become a yoga teacher.

Lisa started teaching yoga in 2015 while she was still living a very busy life working in finance. Since then a seed was planted, in 2018 she made a life changing decision to leave the city and corporate life to teach yoga and travel the world.

During her travels in Asia she went to India – the origin of yoga to deepen her knowledge of yoga wisdom, and she has been living a yogic lifestyle since.

Lisa teaches various styles of yoga – Hatha, Vinyasa, Power yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Aerial Yoga. In Lisa’s classes, students of all ages, shapes, sizes, and walks of life will find tips, tricks, and modifications to make yoga asana work for their unique body.

She emphasises safe alignment and mindful transitions, and guides each student to honour the body they bring to the mat today, while being empowered to learn about the body’s intelligence and power.

Her goal is to have her students feeling better where she found them, whether that may be on a physical, emotional or mental level or a combination of all.
