Teaching yin and restorative yoga, meditation and breathwork at TPY brings an extra special meaning to me – its through this very studio and the incredible teachers that have taught here that I have discovered my passion and love for yoga. As well as teaching here you will find me frequenting the classes regularly. I just adore the community of yogis at TPY and this place feels like my second home.

Like many of us during the height of the stressful pandemic I was given the opportunity to slow down and connect to myself. Feeling stressed and simply put, not the best version of myself. Something deep within me said the way I was living life wasn’t right. It was a loud scream deep within my soul demanding a change of direction, and boy am I glad I listened to the scream. I was seriously burnt out and on a stress loop I just couldn’t get off of. That’s until I stepped into a yin yoga class and overtime and devotion to my yoga practice I discovered the magic of yoga & from that point on, there was no turning back for me. I found the community and practice that connects to my core values of kindness, living healthy, feeling & embracing the best possible version of myself that I can be and cultivating peace into every aspect of my life.

I am so passionate about teaching yoga & mindfulness practices to my students. I really do believe everyone deserves to feel calm and an extra sense of stability & inner sense of self. I believe yoga helps supports us throughout the waves of our busy and unpredictable lives.

In 2024 I went to India the beautiful birthplace of yoga to complete my 200hr Hatha yoga teacher training. In 2025 I am completing my 50hr yin yoga teacher training and level 1 sound healing. A life long commitment to teaching, practicing and learning the art of yoga unfolds for me. Yoga is a way of life for me now and I simply can’t wait to teach and guide you through a calming yoga class soon yogis.
