
Beginner Yoga Workshops – Monday Nights at Twisting Peacock Yoga
Starting 11th August 2025, we’re introducing an exciting new Beginner Yoga Workshop every Monday night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
The perfect way to build a strong foundation in yoga. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, our 60-minute Beginner Workshops with Debbie are the perfect space to build confidence, skill, and awareness in your movement..
Each session focuses on connecting with your body and breath, improving both flexibility and strength, and learning to move with more ease and stability.
Each week you’ll explore different key foundational poses, including:
Standing postures
Twists
Forward and backbends
Sun salutations
Simple inversions
We’ll also break down alignment principles to help you feel more supported and comfortable in every pose, while introducing breathwork (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation to deepen your practice.
This class is open to everyone, there’s no need to commit to a course, just drop in to any workshop build your practice at your own pace.
