Eve Watson

Hello, my name is Eve. After practising yoga for 9 years, I became a registered Yoga Teacher in August 2018. My training was in both Vinyasa and Yin. I’ve mainly practised Mysore (Ashtanga) in my yoga life, but when I discovered Yin on my training, I knew this was what I was meant to share. I felt that Yin was the missing piece, and by embracing it, have allowed balance, ease and flow in my life and Yoga practice.

In the classes I share, relaxation and mindfulness are key elements. Listening to the body and being in the present moment, completely deepen and enliven the practice of Yin yoga. I am fascinated by fascia and Traditional Chinese Medicine and I love sharing this information in class. Each class intends to leave you feeling connected, relaxed, grounded and at ease.

I am a qualified Pastry Chef and have been cooking in professional kitchens since the age of 15. For the pastfour years, I have specialised in the organic and whole food industry. I am passionate about sustainable living, and all aspects of life which allow a
human being to feel alive, joyous, balanced and well.
