Join Ally Solomou in our Feel-Good-Friday Class fo Join Ally Solomou in our Feel-Good-Friday Class for a heart-opening musical alchemy like no other on Fri 2nd Feb at 5.40pm.

Ally is a singer, self-taught channeler, meditation facilitator and intuitive sound healer.

She uses a selection of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, 
flutes, tongue drums, tuning forks and her ethereal 
voice to transport her listeners to another realm.

She believes the power of sound and vibration is like 
no other and translates across all cultures.

Her own experience with sound healing has brought 
her a deeper understanding of herself and a sense of peace in life, and her mission is to share this with her students. 

Ally channels songs and sounds from Source, every 
note and tune are intuitively woven into music medicine - giving a unique sound bath experience 
every time.

Ever had the suspicion that your back tension, kne Ever had the suspicion that your back tension, knee or hip pain might originate at your feet? Or vise-a-versa?

Or perhaps you are being plagued by re-occurring pain from running, the gym or sport.

Join me, Annelise Remigio, certified Slings Myofascial Trainer and Anatomy in Motion practitioner, to help set your foundations right with this Workshop focusing on your Feet!

Following a guided self-assessment and "tripod tutorial", this workshop will take you on a journey of de-tensioning and re-stabilising, leaving you in a state of supported whole body ease from the ground up.

We will delve into how our feet are designed to allow for joint motions up the body every time we take a step.

'Spring' in your step requires the feet to be adaptable, so the body can move in a functional way, and improve connection from the feet all the way up to the head. Balanced weight distribution through the feet is pivotal for a strong core and pain management further up the chain.

Ankle and foot positioning at our base of support can play a significant role in hamstring tension, knee and hip position and pain and ease of movement.

To this workshop I bring a background in the biomechanics of gate (how we walk), postural balance from a myofascial perspective (how we sit, stand and move), as well as my own history of back injuries and back surgery – a journey along which I learnt how to condition the body to have us standing upright with ease, with the feet being our foundations for whole-body dynamic stability.

All fitness levels, physical trainers, and manual and movement health professionals are encouraged to join and explore how your feet are (or are not) moving through the various phases of gait.

The ultimate goal of this masterclass is for you to achieve a deeper understanding of what it takes to hold yourself upright with ease and how to move in ways to eliminate tension while becoming more mobile, flexible and stable through your feet and body!

TPY will host this FREE class on the last Sunday of each Month. Join us as we unlock the immense power of the subconscious mind to create positive changes in your life.

Through the art of guided relaxation, we'll gently guide you into a state of hypnosis, commonly known as trance, opening the door to the profound realms of your subconscious. 

Each month, our sessions will focus on a unique theme designed to bring about specific benefits for you. In January, as we stand at the threshold of a new year, our collective focus will be on letting go of what no longer serves us.

This session will act as a powerful catalyst for personal growth, encouraging you to release burdens, negative energy, and old patterns that may be holding you back.

Throughout the session, I'll employ various techniques, including visualizations and affirmations, to gently guide your subconscious mind toward positive transformation.

Together, let's embrace the beginning of the year with a collective intention to cultivate a sense of liberation and renewal.

I have spent a great deal of my adult life thinkin I have spent a great deal of my adult life thinking about love and how we share and receive this energy and I have come to learn that like many things, it can be cultivated & grown.

This has been my most devoted practice for the last 7 plus years. No matter what is going on in my life, no matter how I'm feeling in my body or my mind, I have been dedicated to awakening more love within myself so that i can show up in the my little world with a more compassionate heart.

So join me (Mel) for a special Yin Yoga & Metta Meditation class.

We will gently move through a yin yoga sequence that will focus on freeing the energy of the heart and pericardium lines (meridians), as well as practicing some more traditional heart opening poses. We will then get super cosy and be guided through a warming metta (loving kindness) meditation
