I’m originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but have called Perth home for 18 years. I began practicing yoga in 2015 with the aim to help develop my flexibility.

It was only from 2020 onwards when I was introduced to the spiritual and philosophical side of yoga that my love for it really blossomed. During that time I came to see yoga as more than just asana and finally felt the connection between mind and body.

I love how yoga is a practice – one that takes time, patience, love and self compassion to one’s own body. I love how you can show up on the mat as you are and make each practice your own.

I’m trained in vinyasa, hatha and yin and my practice involves meditations, breathwork and touches on philosophy. I honour the uniqueness of each individual and plan creative flows with options for everyone to feel empowered in their body and practice.
