This retreat is designed to stir the soul into conscious action and create positive change. Taking this sacred time for yourself to reconnect and align to your deepest knowings, nature, and all aspects of self and return to a state of feeling whole.
We aim to guide you deep into stillness so you can experience the truth of who you are, as you Tread Lightly, mind, body and soul.
Where is the Retreat?
The retreat’s location is Komune Resort Kerlalas Bali. Set on the lush and unspoiled East Coast of Bali, Hotel Komune Resort is blessed with a hypnotising view of the world-famous Keramas surf break.
With its pristine volcanic beach, this beachfront Bali resort offers a wonderful experience of leisure time in a natural luxury hotel.
What’s included in the Retreat?
After arriving at the beautiful Komune Resort, Bali, you will be gifted your retreat pack and some time to settle in. In the late hours of the afternoon, we will open the retreat with a sacred mandala-making ceremony followed by a dinner where you can connect with your fellow retreat guests.
Morning Practice
Each morning, Jordan will treat your body to a mindfully balanced Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga practice designed to awaken and revitalise your body (all levels will be catered for).

Optional Extended Activities
On days without scheduled activities, there will be free time to relax by the pool, head to the beach, explore the island or participate in optional extended activities. There is a famous surf break right out the front of Komune. We can also arrange surf lessons on a more beginner-friendly wave just down the way. Evening Practice & Special Events
In the evenings, Mel will guide you through a Yin or Restorative practice designed to not only relax the body but hopefully spark some deeper realisations through some thought-provoking themes. Throughout the week, you will also receive some special offerings, including; Yoga Nidra, Cacao Ceremony and Crystal Sound Bowl session in the evenings.
Nourishment
Breakfast, Dinner & 3 lunches will be included in your retreat.
Komune Resort takes great pride in its farm-to-table kitchen that is open daily serving healthy, nourishing, organic, and locally sourced meals. You will have the choice of their entire menu for breakfast and dinner each day as well as packed lunches for your excursions outside of the resort.
Dietary requirements will be catered for and tea, coffee, juice, water and fruit are on offer for you all throughout the day. So you will most definitely never be hungry.

Private Room – 1 queen bed – Early Bird: $2,300pp AUD – Final price (after March 1): $3000pp
Share Room – 2 single beds – Early Bird: $2,800pp AUD – Final price (after March 1): $3500pp
Each room features a private ensuite with a shower and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. If you would like to upgrade to a beachfront room please let us know when enquiring. Payment plans are also available.
*Please note if you choose a shared room, you will be placed in a room with another retreat guest (unless specified otherwise)
